This game, like ME3 Multiplayer, forces you to buy RNG packs to unlock items. Soooo much easier to do when you have infinite (well actually 999,999,999) coins/money to unlock all.
Thanks to R for taking the time to share this! I strongly suggest to anyone that attempts these steps to backup the original file before editing each and every time. For those who do not understand the concept of back-up, save the original unedited file...
