Best Mods of Fallout 4: Week 2 – mods for a beautiful home and more
Welcome to Week 2 of my Fallout 4 mod round-up where I highlight the best of the best! If you missed Week 1’s mods, catch them here. This week, there were a ton of great mods to spruce up your home, including one by yours truly (shameless plug!).
Girlplaysgame’s Top Fallout 4 Mods: Week 2
Homemaker Expanded Settlements
This is an amazing mod that allows you to add many more in-game assets to your player home or settlement. It gives you way more types of beds, chairs, tables, lighting, etc. including stuff from the Institute! I love this mod and can’t believe I ever built a player home without it!
Nuka-Cola furniture for player home
I love this mod, if only for the Nuka-Cola radio. If you’re planning on building a Nuka-themed retreat, this mod is perfection.
Vastly improves the textures of all the bottles in FO4, alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
This mod gives more depth to the hairstyles so that they don’t look as flat. You can see the difference more in lighter hair colors and it applies to both your character and to all the NPCs.
Ok, ok, it’s cheating if I list my own mod as the best of the week. But trust me, it’s definitely one of the best released this week – go scour the Nexus if you don’t believe me! You can read full details in my blog post – this mod gives you a ton of different unique painting options for both your home and the rest of the Commonwealth.
