:( Sorry, Girl also a big Xbox 360/One player but when it comes to modding we usually think of a PC and kinda default to expecting everybody playing Fallout 4 also on PC… This is obviously not the case for everybody and I was not reading your post thoroughly enough, sorry… :(
No, there is no console access (as far as I know) on the Xbox/PS version. Later on there might be a save game editor that you could use that lets you alter the appearance variables but I have yet to see one and of course you still need to grab the save from the console, get it to a PC, do the changes and get it back, etc… In theory it should be doable to replace only the appearance part of a save file of course.
