Dragon Age: Inquisition – The Descent DLC comes out tomorrow August 11!
Well, that was quick. It seemed like Jaws of Hakkon *just* came out and now we have another DLC in our greedy little hands … thanks, Bioware!
For those of you who haven’t been obsessively following the DA fandom, the latest Dragon Age: Inquisition DLC “The Descent” comes out tomorrow, Tuesday August 11. It’s only available for next gen consoles and PC – there are no plans to ever make another DLC for last gen players … sorry, 360ers! This one explores the Deep Roads (literally, the last thing I ever want to explore after Dragon Age: Origins *shudders at the memory*). All I have to say is, there better (not) be a guest cameo from that little creep Sandal in this DLC!
Watch the trailer below:
Honestly, this trailer didn’t really capture my imagination in the same way as the Jaws of Hakkon trailer did. DA:I is such an expansive, open-world, and this trailer makes The Descent look like a single-lane mission in the style of Dragon Age 2. I mean, look at the promo image here – not a lot of options to explore the area:
Also, Darkspawn. Fuck you, Darkspawn:
Are you going to download The Descent DLC? Let me know in comments!
I’m a sucker for anything DA (or ME, for that matter) so… yeah. I’ll be buying it.
Sooo, does this mean Darkspawn+Deep Roads DLC for multiplayer?? On 360???? Not getting my hopes up for that.
