I can confirm this problem. I think it might be because ME3 went through an update? I’m using the latest SVN ME3 Explorer at the time of writing this and when I use the TPF tool it says FORMAT which means these TPFs are out of date as far as my limited understanding can tell… I think. The TPF tool in me3 explorer will not apply any mods that are older. I have an extensive collection of mods and only the newer ones will apply with texmod or the me3 explorer tpf thingy. this is a real shame because most of my mods are old and I love them :(

I’ve tried reloading the mod with ME3explorer and Gibbed by your instructions so many times, but I just can’t seem to figure out what or why the textures won’t show up correctly. I also make sure to open it up with TexMod.
