I spec’d him with range damage damage for the Cain mines and full power damage for his specialization. I put 4 into each (useless) bow effect and went straight melee damage instead of fitness (I recommend goin fitness I never melee anymore).
I also used the crusader and the hurricane. My main strategy was to put the mines at my back and snipe with the crusader… That’s about it.

I’m not sure how well I’ve explained myself here (I’m not too good at conveying my point) but if you take away anything thing have it be this: for bosses and tanky enemies shoot all your mine directly at their feet. Since you can only have 3 mines deployed at once every extra one you use will detonate one that was before it. (also DEFINITELY use grenade capacity plus if you do this)
