I sometimes end up Under the Landing Pad on White and cannot get out, and the patch did not fix it :/

Yeah I’m pretty sure Bioware only bans people who are reported directly to the me3mpcheaters@bioware.com email address – I’m almost positive they don’t ban even the people who get reported via Xbox Live. It’s all a bluff!

But I also hold the belief that Bioware has no means of automatically detecting this sort of activity (at least, pre-patch) and the only bans that have occurred are gamertags/PSN/origin IDs that have actually been reported.

They seem to do about one every month, month and a half. Probably shortly after DLC launch.
