Mass Effect 3: Operation ALLOY Medi-Gel Upgrade

Hey guys – I know some people have been wondering how to get the Medi-Gel upgrade +1 Capacity after Operation ALLOY – it comes as a Gold (Rare) card in Spectre/Premium Spectre Packs.  I had to buy a couple Spectre Packs before I got the upgrade – you might get them in your Victory or Commendation pack as well, if you’re lucky.  Just so you know – it’s not an automatic bonus granted after the Operation.
