i think it’s fixed. it’s easy to fall and you see you revive and you hear the sound and you stand up but then you just die again instantly, and not from damage the game just kills you. I’m doing it on the pc though, don’t play consoles.

No, it works – just did it again this morning. The timing is very hard to pull off, especially on Platinum because they kill you so fast. I would practice a couple times on Bronze just to get the timing down. Other good ways are to be an Infiltrator and cloak as soon as your health is down to the right spot so the enemy stops shooting at you (assuming you’re not solo), or you can be someone with a lot of health so that your health gets taken down slower.
